ABOUT THE ESTATE
L&C is the fruit of the encounter in between Louis and Catherine. They own an estate wich goes from the north to the south of Chablis. Their approach is very close to the Nature. For them, the Nature is alive, they look at it, they listen to it in order to create the best environement for the vines. A state of sprit shared by the teams and transmitted to wine lovers through their wines.
