Château Jean Faure Saint-Emilion
DESCRIPTION
Convinced that only organic farming reveals the diversity of its clay soils most faithfully and precisely, the 18 hectares of Château Jean Faure have been organic and certified AB since the 2017 vintage. The grapes from organic viticulture conducted in Château are selected and vinified specifically to produce the Reserve, a cuvée forged on the freshness and brilliance of the fruit. Of a black cherry color, the dress has ruby reflections of great brilliance. On the nose, the wine is remarkable for the brightness and freshness of its crunchy fruits. The tannins are supple and enveloping; the finish full of sweetness.
