CThe home to the Caves du Louvre was established by King Louis XV’s sommelier. Centuries later, Parisians with a vision brought this place back to life and chose to open it to the public for the first time.
A real winery nestled in central Paris, home to barrels containing wines made from 15 different grape varieties. Absolutely unique, incredibly atmospheric.

Dedicated to the sense of touch, you will get to learn about the importance of the soil in wine.

With its little well and beautify vaults, this charming room is where guests get to bottle their wine.

Your mission should you choose to accept it: 2 hours to create your own wine. With the help of a winemaker, you’ll get to taste and pick the grape varieties you want in your wine, then blend, try, taste again, improve and ultimately create your very own wine.
Once this is done, it’s time to move on to step 2: creating a label for your wine. With our easy to use system, it’s a piece of cake. And a fun one too. You’ll walk out of th experience with a bit of a buzz and a wine you made yourself. The price of the workshop includes one bottle (and you can order more if you want to).

In about one hour, you will learn the basics of wine during a breathtaking guided visit in a hidden Paris Cellar tasting three different French wines : Les Caves du Louvre. At the end of the visit our sommelier will answer all your questions.
After the visit, you can buy some bottles and/or souvenirs at the Wine Shop.
Babies / children / teens policy: Since children under 18 are not allowed to drink alcohol, the Paris pass tasting experience is FREE for them..
